- Connect the main unit of the weld cleaning machine (electrolytic cleaning machine)
- Connect the cleaning gun (positive electrode) to the carbon brush/cloth head
- Clamp the ground wire clamp (negative electrode) on the stainless steel workpiece
- Dip the cleaning gun head in a special cleaning solution (containing weak acid components, such as phosphoric acid or citric acid)
- Lightly brush and move on the weld surface. After the current + chemical liquid + heat react, the weld spot and discoloration will be quickly decomposed
- The weld will immediately return to a bright silver-white color with a consistent texture
- Rinse the residual liquid
- After cleaning, rinse with clean water or neutralizing liquid to prevent corrosion residue
